The Box Tops programs allows our school to earn free money just by clipping, collecting and submitting Box Top labels from participating products. Each label is worth $.10. Box Tops are submitted by the Box Top Coordinator in bundles of 50, then the school is sent a check twice a year in December and April.
The box top coordinator will:

Collect clipped Box Tops from the Box Top collection box outside of the main office at school on a regular basis.

Bundle Box Tops in groups of 50 for submission in November and May.

Run 3-4 class contests throughout the school year to encourage participation, keep tab on the amount of Box Tops submitted by each class to select winner.

Communicate Box Top program and contests to staff/teachers and families via PTA Facebook page, newsletter or other clever ways.
